We Do Not Accept Returns
There are circumstances where we will refund money or send a replacement product. If something is wrong with your item or you do not receive your order please contact us at madebymarsllc@gmail.com. Keep in mind all stickers, credit card skins, and lighter wraps come in a white envelope, so make sure to keep out an eye for that.
Lastly, make sure to check with neighbors or roommates to make sure they didn't receive your package on accident before contacting us with the email madebymarsllc@gmail.com or on the contact tab on our website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The certain circumstances we do issue a refund we will notify you if your refund request was accepted then you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Information
Our jewelry is:

✨ Non-Tarnish
✨ Hypoallergenic (unless you have a nickel allergy)
While our jewelry is made to last, normal wear and tear, accidents, and certain chemical reactions may still occur over time.
Our warranty covers eligible repairs for up to 60 days from your purchase date.
A valid receipt/order number is required for all warranty claims.

• If you have a severe nickel allergy, we do not recommend purchasing our jewelry, as some pieces may contain trace amounts of nickel.
• Jewelry that develops a pink, red, or copper-colored appearance is typically caused by a chemical reaction with products such as:
• Body chemistry
• Skin oils
• Perfumes
• Lotions
• Sunscreen
• Hair products
• Cleaning chemicals
• Chlorine or other environmental factors
This is generally not considered a manufacturing defect.

Repair Turnaround
Once your repair request is approved and the jewelry is received, please allow up to 2½ weeks for repairs to be completed.
Turnaround times may increase during holidays, markets, or busy event seasons.

Repairs Not Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
• Lost jewelry
• Lost earrings
• Lost charms
• Lost stones
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Damage from attempting to repair the jewelry yourself
• Damage caused by chemicals or improper care
• Requests submitted after the 60-day warranty period
Repairs outside the warranty period may still be available for a repair fee.
